| Preliminary registration and abstracts submission |
Those who would like to participate in the conference, should submit their registration forms (preliminary registration is until 1 March 2015) and abstracts of talks (until 1 April 2015) to the Organizing Committee. A registration form contains the information about authors (family name, name, patronymic name, affiliation, scientific degree, academic rank, postal address, telephone number, fax number and E-mail) and a preliminary title of the talk. The registration forms and abstracts should be sent to the Organizing Committee E-mail: optimecon2015@yandex.ru.
Formatting requirements to abstracts are given below.
Invitations and further information will be sent on completion of reviewing procedure and abstracts selection.

| Information for participants |
Upon receipt of an invitation, the authors should confirm their participation by informing the Organizing Committee about the form of their participation (in person or by correspondence), transfer the conference fee and make a prepayment of the accommodation fee. Further details will be provided in the Second Announcement. It is expected that a book of abstracts will be published before the conference.

| Formatting requirements to abstracts |
The size of the abstracts of ordinary talks is one full A4 page with the text size 160х240 мм.
The size of a publication for the invited speakers is up to 5 pages.
Usually the text is prepared in Russian, but foreign participants can use English.
The papers are formatted in MikTex or LaTeX-2e systems, font size is 12pt (documentstyle [12pt]).
The paper title is in capital letters; leave one line space,
on a new line the initials and the author's name(s) are given in small letters;
leave one line space, begin text on a new line.
After references provide the author's information (at the bottom of a page:
the first name, the last name, affiliation, mail, address, phone, fax, E-mail).
To avoid label conflicts, please begin your label names with the surname of the first author (e.g., \label{ivanov_e1}).
Without necessity do not use packages or classes which are not listed in the example below.
References to grants may be formatted in a separate line before the references.
Page numbering is suppressed.
An example of abstract formatting in MikTeX is provided below.
